Since you’ve ordered multiple items, our expert handling team on the manufacturing site sometimes puts it in separate packages to maintain its quality. And that is the reason why these are being shipped out to you in separate packages on different timelines. The other items are surely currently in transit to your location!
Can I still cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? -
For Physical Products you can - for Digital Products like exclusive content accesses you cannot.
We offer immediate order cancellation. If you change your mind, you have up to 6 hours to cancel it after purchasing. All you need to do is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will cancel and refund you in full upon receipt of your cancellation request.
How do I exchange an item? - No return / No exchange
Please note that the return of products is not possible due to the one-off and highly personalized nature of custom printed items as we do not maintain stock to exchange items.
What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?
We will make it up to you by resending it to you, provided you send us the actual photo/s of said damage/s. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections, so if you discover a flaw or fault in the item, please contact us at email@example.com, within the first 48 hrs of receiving it, we will replace it with no extra cost.
What if I order a pre-order item?
Pre-order items will be stated clearly in the product description, along with the end-date of the campaign and when you can expect your item to be shipped.
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it. Shipping costs depend on your location and can be calculated in checkout based on your shipping address.
For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times? (Standard Shipping Times)
Domestic USA: 8 - 14 business days
International: up to 25 business days
** Packages shipped internationally are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks from the ship date. However, international shipments may take up to a month to arrive. Unfortunately, not all tracking events are recorded when shipping internationally, and this may make a package appear "stuck" at a place/event (like border entry).
The delays and backlogs from last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic are still continuing. The holiday season increased the backlogs due to high volume of sales everywhere. Please track your parcels through the tracking link sent to you. If you have not received your parcel after allowing a few additional days due to the USPS situation, please let us know and we will assist you.
Orders take 4-6 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
