Our company is now hiring six aspiring individuals to join our exclusive content-creation house in Austin, Texas.
As part of our team - you can focus solely on video and content creation. Our managers handle all of the business operations, collaboration scheduling, brand deal negotiations, merchandise fulfillment, sponsorships outreach, software setup, and paid brand marketing.
The purpose of joining Flux is to achieve explosive growth as a professional YouTuber, and connect with your paying fans on an intimate private content basis through our partnership with NTWK.
Flux YouTubers receive exclusive access to a brand-image expert who currently works as a brand sponsor for over one hundred fifty influencers.
Our YouTubers will receive access to our in-house professional videography team who will help to design and film content for you. They will assist you in putting your best face forward on our social media accounts and content channels.
Successful applicants receive free room and board at our premier content-creation mansion in Austin, Texas.
You'll receive access to:

Star in our FluxTV channel as we create premium content for Youtube and NTWK.
Our brand strategists will design fun viral content, fly in popular influencers for collabs, and host exclusive events to elevate your fame to the next level.
Flux YouTubers get access to a professional graphic design team and merchandising consultant to handle any merchandise setup, sourcing, design, fulfillment, and marketing strategy.
Our team merchandising partners have sold over $30 million in merchandise online to date.
Flux creators receive a bonus based on the performance of their content channels:

Our members also receive a $1,800 per month base personal stipend (in addition to their bonuses from profits, complimentary housing, food, and all of the above).

Live in the Flux content-creation house.
2. Create Content
Together with our team following a flexible full content creation schedule.
3. Open Availability
Be available for bonus content filming & work sessions.
4. Paid Content
Be open to creating exclusive paid content on NTWK,
and our other paid monetization channels.
5. Attend Meetings
Attend weekly feedback and update meetings.
6. Attend Shoots
Attend photo/video shoots and premium content-creation work sessions.
7. Attend Events
Attend company-scheduled outings and other networking events.
Workload:
✓ Content creation per day as needed
✓ Attendance as needed depending on booking & events
✓ Attendance per week depending on content schedules
Office Space & Commute:
Content is created on-site in the Flux house and workspace.
Be Consistent - Flux creators are required to show up on time during the scheduled hours, and attend weekly meetings, sessions and other events in a timely manner.
Be Authentic - Flux creators must genuinely care about engaging their fans, connecting with them, and sharing their own unique personality in an authentic and sustainable way.
Be Professional - Flux is a for-profit enterprise and must be funded by our revenues. Flux creators must work together with management to meet financial goals. Converting our audience into paid subscriptions and paid premium content must be a thoughtful goal.
Be Flexible - Flux creators need to be flexible. Sometimes we’ll have a last minute trip to events, surprise photoshoots, or private networking. We are not complacent, and we’re always striving to grow. Sometimes things will not go as expected... an attitude to embrace change is key to achieve success.
Be Growth Oriented - Flux creators leave their ego at the door. We welcome growth and critical feedback. We’re all on the same team. Flux creators attend weekly feedback and update meetings to discuss what is going well and what can be improved. Embrace change enthusiastically, and more importantly encourage and drive it.
